The (editor’s note: one of the…) leader of the Yellow Vests met by Di Maio and Di Battista, interviewed by “Piazzapulita” (a talk show on the LA7 television channel), reveals his plans. And announces full harmony with the M5S and probably a new face-to-face with its leaders in Rome.
Christophe Chalençon, the leader of the Yellow Vests met by Luigi Di Maio and Alessandro Di Battista in France last week, raises the threat of a coup d’état in France during Alessandra Buccini’s interview, broadcast by LA7’s Piazzapulita program.
“We have paramilitaries ready to intervene because they also want to overthrow the government… Today, everything is calm, but we are on the brink of civil war. Political solutions must be found very quickly because behind us, there are people ready to intervene. People who have retired from the military and are against the power,” he says.
Chalençon added that “France is a magnificent country, like Italy, but it needs to be set back on the right path” and explains that another meeting with the M5S is planned.
And to the question: “So, allies, is it certain?” He responds: “Yes. Absolutely.” The Yellow Vests leader also mentions Di Battista in the photo taken during the French meeting and comments: “He’s good, he’s a bit like me, we looked at each other, and even though I don’t speak Italian, we understood each other instantly.”
Chalençon explains that it was the grillini who contacted him. “That’s exactly what’s beautiful,” he says, “it’s extraordinary, the deputy prime minister of the Italian government comes to Montargis, France, and no one knew about it. He flew over but did not stop in Paris, the heart of power. He came here with us, we spent two hours together, and after the meeting, we took photos, but when we published them: red alert!”
According to Chalençon, this meeting “disrupted all the balances! And I think what he did will make history in France, he gave us international recognition. And now, others are contacting us, opening a breach and shaking Macron.”
