To discover in particular:
COMPAGNIE MINIBOX – “Where Are You Moon?” – (Musical show and animated film for ages 0 to 3) – Saturday at 2:30 PM, 4 PM, 5:30 PM – Baby Muses – Duration 30 minutes
A secret is traveling across the earth, through hills, rivers, to our ears: we have lost the moon. Mi-Young’s animated films lead the little ones to lands where flying fish, giant flowers, cowboys, and butterflies coexist. The music runs, rumbles, blows, and swells until it carries us away in great gentleness. The songs are like small treasures of fragility and gentle melancholy. The sounds become colorful, transform, and then vanish. The instruments follow one another and overlap: banjo, ukulele, dobro, buffalo drums, and tambourines. A delicate road movie to maintain the child’s attention and sharpen their sense of musicality.
COMPAGNIE CHABOTI – “Little Tin Can” – (Show for ages 10 months to 3 years) – Sunday at 3 PM, 4:15 PM, 5:30 PM – Baby Muses – 30 minutes
Chaboti is a performing arts company born from the meeting of two passionate artists: Benoît Boutry and Jean-Baptiste Giezek. Little Tin Can is about a little fellow as tall as three apples… he lives in a big house, his house is a factory, the only factory in the world run by cans! One day, he sees his parents boarding a red truck, but where are they going? Little Tin Can gathers his courage, decides to follow them, and sets out to find them. Little Tin Can is a show where puppetry, object theater, and shadow puppetry meet in a live soundscape. Various worlds perfectly orchestrated to bring life to this little character who is not short on daring!
For children over 3 years old:
SATI – “Rick the Cube and the Mysteries of Time” – (Show from age 5) – Saturday at 2:15 PM, 4 PM – Salle Euterpe – Duration 55 minutes
Rick’s beautiful countryside, usually so green and colorful, has become an arid land. To understand the origins of this climate change, our little hero sets out on the roads to follow the dried-up riverbed. This journey will take him across the globe and beyond, discovering a strange city perched in the clouds, getting lost in the stars, crossing ice deserts, facing sandstorms, and even meeting fantastic beings capable of making the rain fall… By mixing various animation techniques, clever live sound effects, and an electroacoustic original soundtrack, Rick’s adventures invite both young and old to drift into a bubble of daydreaming, where dream and reality merge. This show received the Adami Young Public Music Talents Award 2015.
COMPAGNIE PARIS LYRIQUE – “Here It Is, the Voice of Lola!” – (Lyric tale show from age 3) – Saturday at 5 PM & Sunday at 3:30 PM – Salle Calliope – Duration 60 minutes
Lola wakes up full of enthusiasm: tonight she has to sing at the castle in front of Prince Luluberlu, who promises a great reward to the person who, with their lovely voice, can make him find his smile again and make him happy. But as soon as she wakes up, suddenly, Lola loses her voice. Is she sick? Could someone have stolen her voice? How can she find it before tonight? This suspense will keep the children on the edge of their seats, giving them the chance to vocalize, sing, and discover opera arias (Rossini, Bizet, Delibes, Mozart, Verdi, Gounod…).
