A first postponement occurred on January 14 at the request of the defense of René Vestri. The creator of the group and two of its members, Valérie Arboireau and François Steekiste, were initially summoned by René Vestri before the latter officially apologized through a letter addressed to the first magistrate of Saint Jean Cap Ferrat.
Therefore, a meeting is scheduled for tomorrow starting at 9 a.m. at the courthouse in Nice to find out if Facebook will be “poked” for the first time by the French justice system?
