“La Comédia” collaborates with several companies in the region to offer its customers a wide range of performances.

Kisenco:
Friday, July 10 at 9 PM

This show combines “easy listening” songs and ballads from the 60s/70s with touches of blues and rock. Dutch guitarist Kees Van Hooff and his band will perform songs by famous composers such as Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Pink Floyd, and the Rolling Stones.
Admission: 15 euros (with a drink)

Eric Maïolino’s performance:
Saturday, July 11 at 9 PM

As a songwriter and performer, Eric Maïolino loves to play with words to move or amuse his audience. Alone on stage with his guitar, he addresses romantic or humorous aspects of love relationships and life’s occurrences in his songs. During his performance, you will hear original works as well as covers of Alain Souchon, Francis Cabrel, Zazie, or Clarika.

Alain Demaret “Favorites”:
Friday, July 17 at 9 PM

Manager of “La Comedia,” Alain Demaret is also a theater actor and singer. In his show, “From Brussels to the Marquises,” he will cover various artists from French chanson such as Jacques Brel, Gilbert Becaud, and many others. For this evening, he will select some favorite pieces from these artists’ repertoires.

Gérard-Philippe Selles “I Wish I Were Black”:
Sunday, July 19 at 9 PM

In his performance, Gérard-Philippe Selles pays tribute to jazz, soul, and blues singers who have marked the history of music. He will perform songs by Claude Nougaro, Henri Salvador, Yves Montand, Gilbert Becaud, Nino Ferrer, Serge Gainsbourg, and many others.

Robert Faraut and Tanguy “Magic and Song”:
Friday, July 24 at 9 PM

This show will alternate between magic tricks and French songs. Illusionist Tanguy will perform between Robert Faraut’s songs to showcase his magician and prestidigitation talents.

“La Comédia” also gives a chance to amateur artists. On Saturday, July 18 at 9 PM, on stage will be Julien, a 20-year-old from Cannes. He will perform international pop rock music with his acoustic guitar.
On Saturday, July 25 at 9 PM, it’s the turn of Morgane and Cécilia to perform. Coming from the LA CADEM singing school in Cannes, they will perform French and international songs.
