To celebrate Hugo’s second birthday on February 3, 2014, the association and its sponsors Laurent Barat, José Cobos, Philippe Roustan, and volunteer Communication School students coordinated by Marie-Chantal Di Martino Dhoste have decided to organize a week of events titled “Nothing is Impossible for Hugo.”
“It was because it was impossible to do, that they decided to go ahead with it.” A phrase that could summarize this significant operation, which will span over a week full of events and sharing.
A surge of generosity and awareness have been the guiding principles that allowed this event to take place, generating donations in a joyful and friendly atmosphere. Numerous volunteers joined the project daily, and the program, rich with emotions, is proof of that.
For sports, it kicks off tonight with a basketball game between the CTBB women’s team and local and national VIPs. Among those announced are Eric Abidal, Marc Toesca, Jean-Pierre Rivère, Valérie Nicolas, Laëtitia Lambert (World Champion of Thai Boxing), José Cobos (Former captain of Gym), comedian Laurent Barat, Romain Genevois and Lionel Letizi (OGC Nice), Jean-Claude Vissiere (former professional basketball player), and, of course, players from the National 3 men’s team of Nice Basket.
At halftime, Hugo’s second birthday will be celebrated, and the start of the other events will be announced.

The Brûlées Toques are going all out! A dozen great chefs will perform both in the kitchen and in the dining room while singers, comedians, and bands take turns on the legendary cabaret stage. A magician will mingle among the tables. Students from the Paul Augier Hotel School will be on hand for service during the occasion.
