Sheherazade, Ines, and Maryam, students of languages at the University of Nice, offer unique culinary workshops to the children of the J.M.F association voluntarily as part of a professional tutored project.

Every year, a tutored project helps students integrate into professional life. Passionate about cooking and baking, these three students wanted to create an activity solely dedicated to children for the implementation of their project.

What better way than to have these children from the Ariane neighborhood, gathered within the Young Muslims of France (JMF) association, test culinary recipes. This workshop, both educational and creative, is a moment of sharing and joy for everyone’s enjoyment.

“This project allowed us to learn about ourselves and also to think about the seniors in retirement homes. These seniors and the children need regular contact,” reports Sheherazade. The next step might be in retirement homes.

This activity has been a source of pride for these children as many of them do not have the opportunity to test recipes at home.
