After an initial list was published last week, the CNOSF has established the final list of athletes from the Côte d’Azur who will participate in the Olympic Games in Tokyo (July 23-August 8).
In total, 378 athletes will make up the delegation. Around forty medals are expected. A nice last-minute surprise: the Antibes native Samir Aït-Saïd was elected as the flag bearer by his peers. In the spirit of gender equality, he will share this role with judoka Clarisse Agbegnenou.
Sandrine Martinet and Stéphane Houdet are the chosen ones for the Paralympic Games (August 24-September 5).
