I could see on his face that he was suffering… and in the end, he achieved an enormous performance: 57.35.” As a gym manager and Pilates Reformer coach, she doesn’t hide her pride: “very proud, yes!”

At the finish line, the athlete himself reflects on his performance: “Honestly, it was great. I started a bit too fast, whereas in Hyrox, you should start cautiously and then speed up. But it was a very fast wave, with a lot of competition.”
Despite the challenge, the satisfaction is immense: “At the finish, you feel proud to have finished and made a good time. I came aiming for the 60-minute mark—and here I am, with 57.35. It’s a great race.”
The athlete also talks about the emotional rollercoaster of the competition: “During the race, you think: ‘What am I doing here, I’m stopping!’ And in the end, you think: ‘It was awesome!’”
