- February 10, 2019: OGC Nice – Olympique de Lyon (1-0).
Against all odds, OL found themselves losing to the Aiglons on February 10. Nice seized a 1-0 victory, maintaining their winning streak at home since October. Benítez emerged as the star of this match, making multiple saves despite the numerous attempts from Lyons (23 shots in total!)

- April 7, 2019: OGC Nice – Montpellier (1-0).
This match against Montpellier was a great success for the Aiglons, who continued to show their tenacity in this challenging Ligue 1 Conforama season. As their competitor for the fifth place in the league, this game was key and concluded with a 1-0 victory. This gave Patrick Vieira’s players a last hope for a potential qualification for the European Cup.
- May 24, 2019: OGC Nice – AS Monaco (2-0).
We must, of course, mention the big match that wraps up this difficult Ligue 1 Conforama season and allows Nice to finish strong by securing the victory against one of the major teams, AS Monaco. The goals were scored by Badiashile (36’) and Le Bihan (67’).
