On Friday, September 23, 2011, starting at 10:30 AM, Mr. Eric Ciotti, President of the General Council of the Alpes-Maritimes, will visit the commune of Touët-sur-Var, in the presence of Mr. Roger Ciais, General Councilor, Mayor of Touët-sur-Var.
*The program for this visit:*
– 10:30 AM: Inauguration of the riding ring for equestrian therapy, in the presence of Ms. Laetitia Weale, President of the Departmental Committee of Equestrianism of the Alpes-Maritimes.
A covered circular riding ring has been set up to accommodate people with disabilities in all seasons. This project was subsidized with 7,000 euros by the General Council of the Alpes-Maritimes. This aid contributes to the development of equestrianism in the midlands and particularly to the social integration through sport for people with disabilities.
– 11:30 AM: Reception in honor of Mr. Jean-Louis Debré, President of the Constitutional Council, and visit to the Gallery of Presidents of the Republic.
On the occasion of the release of his book “En tête à tête avec les Présidents de la République” (“Head to Head with the Presidents of the Republic”), a presentation of the book will be made.
