“Mado la Niçoise” Godmother of the first “Tourta de Blea 2011” contest organized by Air France, in collaboration with the Federation of Master Bakers and Pastry Bakers of the Alpes-Maritimes, the Paul Augier School of Hospitality and Tourism, as well as Nicexpo, under the presidency of Mrs. Graglia of the Capelina D’Or, will join the winners of the contest for a drink of friendship
