Trade meeting in Menton with “The obligation to ensure access compliance in businesses”

Latest News

Monday, March 5, 2012, from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the Maison des Entreprises du Bassin Mentonnais Le Sansévérina – Colonel Hébert Street in Menton

Starting from January 1, 2015, businesses must comply with the accessibility standards of the 2005 law. Specific adaptations will need to be made so that people with reduced mobility can access local shops.

The Maison des Entreprises du Bassin Mentonnais, in partnership with the Union Patronale des Cafetiers Restaurateurs du Pays Mentonnais (UPCRM), is pleased to invite you to a Commerce Meeting to support you in this process:

Who is this compliance aimed at? What needs to be changed?
What are the procedures to follow regarding the modification of the point of sale?
What can be done at a reasonable cost?
There are some exemptions. In which cases do they apply and how can you benefit from them (procedure and file assembly)?

-Program and speakers:

Welcome and presentation: Marina GIARDINA, Head of the Maison des Entreprises du Bassin Mentonnais

Accessibility aspects for people with reduced mobility: Marjorie BOURSE, Operational Commerce Advisor – CCI Nice Côte d’Azur
