Transfer market: OGCN continues its strong momentum

Latest News

Very active in this transfer window, the Nice club officially announced a departure and an arrival yesterday. A very successful transfer window so far for the “Aiglons,” who proudly display their ambitions for the upcoming season.

After the departures of Wylan Cyprien (purchase option exercised by Parma) and Pierre Lees-Melou for 7 million euros and 6 million euros respectively, the club officially announced this Tuesday, July 20, the departure of Andy Pelmard to FC Basel on loan with a purchase option in the deal. The club seems to be shedding average players to replace them with ambitious young players who already have European experience. This includes Jean-Clair Todibo, who officially signed for 8.5 million euros at the start of the transfer window, Marvin Bard, who recently joined the Cรดte dโ€™Azur club from Olympique Lyonnais for 3 million euros, and Calvin Stengs, one of the many prodigies of the Dutch championship, who signed for 10 million euros.

Today, another Dutchman is signing with Nice, and it’s Justin Kluivert, son of Patrick Kluivert, the LOSC legend. The young player is on loan with a purchase option from the Italian club AS Roma.
