Created in the Spring of 2006, the association aims to bring together all lovers of dance, as well as those passionate about body expression in general around a concept: an outing, an evening, a weekend, or a cultural trip centered on body movement and dance, in friendliness and an open-minded spirit.
In the program:
Theme evenings at preferential rates at the Opera or Theatre,
Lectures and excursions centered on dance in general, as well as the performing arts,
Trips and stays abroad, in France, and for dance festivals.
Through workshops, reunions with our bodies and personal enrichment are encouraged by learning dance and meeting people from diverse backgrounds who practice it.
During stays, weekends or trips, options include cultural visits and tourist environments, breaks of freedom, evening shows, as well as dance classes and thematic presentations.
One can discover oneself by participating in workshops, training courses, or lectures, under the guidance of specialized instructors (teachers, dancers, therapists, and specialists in body techniques).
