We women, we love to be pampered! In 2017, to be in the game, we will need to be taken to Alain Passard’s (Paris), Martin Berasategui’s (Lasarte Oria, Spain), and Pierre Gagnaire’s (Paris). Who says so? The pros themselves! Polled by the magazine Le Chef, the 534 2* and 3* chefs from around the world have established their own ranking of the 100 Chefs 2017. Jet out of order? A trick to eating Ducasse: become an astronaut! @Nasa
Astronaut Thomas Pesquet took off with dishes from Ducasse Conseil: organic egg coddled, Brittany lobster, organic quinori with seaweed, Menton lemon condiment… Enough to make Americans Peggy Whitson and Russian Oleg Novitsky green with envy! In my opinion, this will raise the amount of the bonus ($30,000) offered by NASA under the “Space Poop Challenge”…
Airbnb: the very bad (or good) trip
The pros hate it, users love it, and it’s just the beginning! The Californian platform has just unveiled a new multi-service app called “Trips”. After accommodation, Airbnb is looking into our leisure. Experiences, places: the platform seeks and finds… just like a real travel agency.
Thierry, first everywhere!
Starred chef Thierry Marx does it deliberately and does it well. His name is associated with Nice airport, the leading airport in France (after the Paris hub) and recently with Gare du Nord in Paris, the main train station in Europe. On one side, you relax at “La Plage,” on the other, you’re guided by the “Etoile du Nord.” What I remember: the wide opening hours, continuous service, respect for the spirit of the sites.

Yes, indeed, it exists, and it’s here! Christophe Billau and his wife Pauline, from the inn Le Robur in Roure (06), have just been awarded the Gault&Millau Young Talents Prize. They will soon take the helm of “La Fripouniรจre” in Roubion (06). A lovely place that I highly recommend.
