The services of the Departmental House of Seniors, the Departmental Solidarity House (formerly District of Medical and Social Action), the Maternal and Child Protection Center (PMI), and the House of Associations will be grouped in a four-story building with a basement, with a total area of 3,063 mยฒ.

As part of its actions in favor of the elderly, the General Council wanted to provide them with a one-stop service, not only to help and inform them but also to open a wide door to social life by offering them multiple activities.
A Departmental Solidarity House for more than 110,000 inhabitants
This space will bring together two CAMS (Nice-Nord and Dabray) to provide adapted, modern, and shared facilities. It will serve 106,000 inhabitants and will house 79 departmental agents.
The House of Associations of the City of Nice
With an area of 207 mยฒ, it will be accessible both via Cessole Avenue and Claude Gimelle Avenue and will comprise reception areas, consultation rooms, and information areas.
