The traditional Truffle Market of Villeneuve-Loubet will return on Sunday, January 23, 2022, for its 24th edition. Join us from 9 AM to 5 PM at the Village, allée des Bugadières.
During this flavorful day, the authentic Tuber Melanosporum, known as the “black diamond,” and the Truffle Growers’ Syndicate of the Alpes-Maritimes will be honored.
Numerous fun and musical activities await you.
You can attend amazing demonstrations by truffle dogs, a culinary demonstration by a chef, or even an explanation of the mystery of this fungus by a truffle specialist.
Thanks to the presence of the Truffle Growers’ Syndicate of the Alpes-Maritimes, enthusiasts of this rare and mysterious fungus will be able to acquire the genuine Tuber Melanosporum. Additionally, the public can obviously procure other delicious local artisanal products such as wine, oil, foie gras, cheese, charcuterie, jam, or honey.
