Two supportive Nice days will take place on Friday, June 9th, and Saturday, June 10th. The program includes a “Nice cuisine” solidarity lunch at the Forum Jorge François (1 solidarity meal funded for every 5 paid meals), a large free Nice cuisine cooking contest open to amateurs, and a “Nissarte” raffle benefiting the association “Tous avec Hugo.”
This event has been made possible thanks to the collaboration of the Forum Jorge François and its teams, with the help of Tech de Co students from the Nice IUT, for whom this is their second year tutored project (Pascal SCHIAVONE, Titouan RAVAUX, Mathieu GIRARDIN, Hugo VARLET, and Thomas VIANO).
The lunch will be prepared by the Forum’s Chef, Philippe BOUCHET, and Franck VIANO, winner of the show “Un dîner presque parfait” and advocate of Nice cuisine, and will be offered at a single price of €11. For every 5 meals paid, one meal will be funded for the benefit of the less fortunate.
The next day, Saturday, June 10th, a large Nice cuisine cooking contest will be organized under the supervision of a jury composed of chefs, cooking teachers, and Nice cuisine enthusiasts (registration via email cuisine.nicoise06@gmail.com). Additionally, there will be a grand raffle benefiting the association “Tous avec Hugo.”
