After universities and elite schools, it is now the turn of business schools and other commerce schools to be subjected to the rankings of the magazine LโEtudiant, a benchmark in the field.
While the top three still include the unavoidable HEC, ESSEC, and , schools in Nice or those with a campus in the Azorean region are rather well ranked.
Two of them, Edhec and Skema, are in the Top 10, with the former in 5th place and the latter in 9th. Further down, we find IPAG at the 33rd position.
The presence of higher education institutions is one of the criteria used to measure the attractiveness of a region. In a “knowledge-based” society, it is a promise for the future.
Silicon Valley is an example: could it have become the capital of the 2.0 world and moved towards 4.0 without the proximity of Stanford or Berkeley?
Specifically, the ranking proposed by LโEtudiant is based on three parameters: academic excellence, international excellence, and proximity to businesses. These three parameters are divided into about fifty values.
