Two more identitarians in the Nice legislative elections

Latest News

With the goal of optimally preparing for the 2008 municipal elections, the Identitaires of Nice will be present throughout the city of Nice and in the valleys and mountains of the Niรงois region for the upcoming legislative elections.

Although not approving the use of Niรงois icons and the appropriation of its culture, which belong to everyone, and while being in a democracy, Nice Premium proposes the showcase of the candidates and their deputies appointed over the new districts.

3rd District

Myriam MARCHAND
56 years old – homemaker

A former restaurateur, Myriam Marchand is deeply rooted and attached to traditions. She has naturally engaged in the identitarian struggle. Notably, it was through actions supporting our homeless compatriots carried out by the association Soulidarietร  and distributing the famous “pork soup” that she fought her first battles. A woman of the land, a woman of values, a woman of courage; Myriam Marchand intends to defend Nice and its people with all her strength.

Monique VERRANDO (deputy)
44 years old – unemployed

A former member and activist of the National Front, Monique Verrando decided to join the Identitaires for the clarity of their discourse on immigration.
Where the FN now seems to yield, giving the impression of chasing the immigrant vote like all other parties, the Identitaires do not back down an inch and clearly state that they are fighting for Nice to the Niรงois, France to the French, and Europe to Europeans.

5th District

Pierre-Antoine PLAQUEVENT
30 years old – employee

A lover of our mountains, in which he likes to recharge as often as he can, Pierre-Antoine Plaquevent is equally passionate about the ancient Mare Nostrum.
The Mediterranean reminds him of his family’s Genoese origins. Having been part of the left-wing student groups, he later embarked on a personal journey leading him to the fight for identity and homeland. It was also on this path that he reconnected with the Catholic Faith. Pierre-Antoine is deeply committed to the notion of social justice and intends in the 5th district to defend the economically insecure French, primary victims of insecurities (both physical and economic!), as well as to fight for the preservation of the traditions of the valleys of the Niรงois region.

Sophie VARDON (deputy)
46 years old – nursing assistant

A working mother and courageous worker, Sophie Vardon grew up in the Moulins estate and raised her children there. She knows better than any of the current representatives the financial difficulties faced by an increasing number of French people daily, and the reality of immigration and insecurity that the working classes suffer from the most.
