The announcement came on Monday, October 4: Christian Estrosi has revoked the delegations of two elected officials close to Eric Ciotti.
Gaëlle Frontoni, deputy delegate for extracurricular activities and school catering, and Bernard Chaix, deputy delegate for urban agriculture, have had their delegations revoked.
The reason? The two municipal councillors allegedly “voted against the interests of the city on its tourism promotion and a vote against the mayor of Nice’s candidate in the governance of the departmental fire and rescue service”, according to a statement from the entourage of the mayor of Nice.
“The charter signed by each member of the majority affirming that the interest of the city of Nice is above all was contested” the statement continues.
