The French Open Bridge Championships in pairs took place this weekend at the headquarters of the French Bridge Federation (FFB) in Saint-Cloud.
In the Honneur category, the national title goes to Anne Duc-Mauger from Valbonne and Eric Bauer from Trinity.
The two partners, both members of the Villeneuve Loubet Bridge Club, have been playing together for only a year. Anne Duc-Mauger, a retired pharmacist, discovered bridge with her family. She wins her second French championship title. Eric Bauer, a postal operations manager, celebrates his fourth national victory.
