On Sunday, November 28, police officers were attacked while they were intervening to check the filming permit for a rap music video.

Police officers were met with mortar fire in the Ariane neighborhood, classified as a priority security zone, during the filming of a music video by Marseille rapper Graya.

Three officers were attacked; two of them reportedly suffered burns on the calf and arm, and the third one was said to have tinnitus.

The first deputy mayor of Nice, Anthony Borré, condemned these attacks.
