It’s not quite there yet! Despite the Government’s efforts with its various “pacts of,” employment is still struggling, and the figures from Pôle Emploi as of March 31 testify to this.
There were an additional 15,400 category A unemployed people (+ 0.4% compared to February and + 4.6% over the previous 12 months), bringing the total to 3,509,000.
On the other hand, still in March, the number remained stable in the Alpes-Maritimes (68,697 compared to 68,670).
Men between the ages of 25 and 49 are the most affected by this increase.
