In the Ariane district, as well as in Cannes and Carros, the Energy Transition Volunteers explained to 14 families how to reduce their environmental impact.

They were rewarded for their energy savings! Since last November, the 16 Energy Transition Volunteers have offered at-home support to families using new digital tools. By going door-to-door, these young people suggested to families ways to reduce their electricity bills by helping them use their appliances correctly.

Over the past 4 weeks, they went even further by challenging the 14 households from Ariane in Nice, Carros, and Cannes. The objective: to save as much as possible over a month. The three most motivated families received a prize.

Today, only Fabrice was able to attend the “Challenge” VTE prize-giving ceremony. After opening his gifts, each more environmentally friendly than the last, he acknowledged the motivation and clear explanations from these young people that helped him make savings. All this was made possible thanks to the training by Enedis and the work of Benjamin Martinez, the team and project coordinator.
