This Monday, the 16th, at 9:30 AM, Christian Estrosi will visit the site to review the renovation project.
The stands of “Le Ray” are being demolished to make way for interventions in the renovation of the area, which includes the creation of a large 3-hectare public landscaped park (75% of the site), future sports facilities (a large playing field, dojo, and sports platform), and the extension and modernization of the Ray-Gorbella school group.
This visit will be followed by the exclusive unveiling of the model of the commemorative artwork “Le Ray,” in the presence of the artist. As a nod to the red and black seats of the Ray stadium, this 5-meter-tall sculpture will perpetuate the memory of this site, where some of the most beautiful pages in the history of Gym were written.
