In an extremely friendly atmosphere, 1,200 business leaders from the French Riviera celebrated, as it should be, the 40th anniversary of their association, “40 years of commitment, action, and conviction,” as emphasized by Yvon Grosso, President of UPE 06, alongside former presidents who preceded him in his role.
Organizing a decennial anniversary is always a significant moment in the life of an association. The presence of authorities (Pierre Gattaz, President of Medef National) and institutional figures (Christian Estrosi and Patrick Allemand, who each took the floor) added a formal tone to the evening. UPE 06 being at the center of it, as it plays a vital role in civil society by interacting with all stakeholders in the business world.
An anniversary implies the past but also the future. Yvon Grosso further declared, “Our responsibility is to instill in young people the desire to undertake by restoring their confidence in the future.”
