Charles Ange Ginésy, President of the Intercommunal Syndicate of Valberg, inaugurated “A Great Man and the Future II,” a monumental and ephemeral eco-responsible work by Saype, in the presence of the artist.
“A Great Man and the Future II” is a grass painting, 128 meters tall and 36 meters wide, covering nearly 4500 m². It depicts a grandfather and a granddaughter fishing at Lake du Sénateur.
This ephemeral work aims to leave a lasting impression without impacting nature, according to the artist Saype: “My 100% biodegradable painting, made from natural pigments, will fade with the growth of the grass, prompting us to reflect on our relationship with nature.”
