Vandalism at Les Moulins: Gaël Nofri (FN) denounces the laxity of the authorities

(Ed. note) We are not surprised by the prompt reaction of the representative from Nice affiliated with the Marine Le Pen party to the Nice-Matin article on the deteriorated situation of buildings in Les Moulins. While the problem is properly identified, the analysis is sociologically simplistic and the proposed remedies are too simplistic as well.
Unfortunately, complex problems like this require a multitude of measures and, above all, a longer-term reflection. Naturally, the worst response is to ignore the problem, blame others, and, even more so, never start reacting at all.

It is quite surprising to see the UMP and the Left expressing astonishment and disappointment at the very predictable consequences of the lax and overly idealistic policies they have been pursuing for several decades, without ever truly considering the all-too-predictable outcomes of their actions.

For our part, we believe that all the phenomena indicating the destruction of social ties and communal living in our country cannot be separated from the policy of massive immigration and the state’s failure to enforce the law in our neighborhoods.

It is because, against all common sense, many foreign people, who are not integrated, do not speak French, and have different customs and practices, were crowded together that we created the conditions conducive to the pauperization and degradation of entire neighborhoods in our city.

It is because the Socialist state, just like the UMP state before it, has failed to enforce the law properly that order is constantly flouted, and officials find all sorts of excuses, making ‘communal living’ an unfamiliar concept there.

No, ladies and gentlemen on the Left, it is not the fault of the maintenance staff who do their work admirably but see it destroyed in seconds by occupants — sometimes even illegally — who are disrespectful to say the least.

No, Madam Deputy, you cannot claim there are “spotless” buildings in Les Moulins because those that appear so during your official visit are damaged, degraded, and vandalized within an hour by populations living on the margins of society, whom you prefer to house to the detriment of our fellow citizens.

It is time for change. It is time to provide courageous, new, and ambitious responses to restore better living and harmonious coexistence throughout France and Nice.

These responses are: respect for the law, firmness in the application of sentences, an end to the policy of massive immigration, and the implementation of national preference in the allocation of housing.

Only then will decent people finally stop being tormented, and those who disregard our rules understand that these rules apply to them.
