Abandoned for nearly 20 years and acquired by the City of Nice at the end of 2015, the main objective of the villa’s rehabilitation is to create a local public facility and a welcoming place for associations, seniors, and Anima’Nice following the time-sharing model (shared spaces).
In accordance with the schedule and after 3 months of meticulous work respecting the requirements related to the protection of this building (restoration of ceiling decorations to their original state, preservation of the architectural coherence of the place), the ground floor now has an office, a multipurpose room, and restrooms.
The second phase of work is underway and concerns the first floor of the villa and its facades. The expected delivery of the entire building is planned by the end of the year.
