The Bantry Yawl “Laïssa Ana” labeled as a “Vessel of Heritage Interest” is the historical replica of a 1796 craft.
An exceptional boat that is greatly admired during maritime festivals, it frequently participates in maritime events in ports of the Alpes-Maritimes, such as Villefranche of course, but also Nice, Cagnes-sur-Mer, St Jean Cap-Ferrat, Menton, the Lérins Islands, etc. Furthermore, the yawl serves as a “maritime ambassador” during its major international voyages, such as in recent years at the Vogalonga in Venice and on Lake Geneva.
