The Nice Volley Ball Club and the Italian Chamber of Commerce organized the first INALPI Challenge during the holiday season.


The women’s teams from France and Italy faced off with passes, digs, and spikes in several thrilling matches, featuring players under 18 and under 16 years old.

On the main day, Monday, December 28, six teams competed for the Trophy.

For France, 3 teams: Sainte Maxime, Principality of Monaco, and Nice Volley Ball.

For Italy, 3 teams: Ventimiglia and Antes Ogliastra 1 and 2.

In the late afternoon, the award ceremony was presided over by Ambrogio Invernizzi (President of INALPI SPA) and Alain Griguer (President of Nice Volley Ball).

Nearly 200 people, including players, staff, organizers, and supporters, gathered around their passion in the beautiful volleyball hall of the City of Nice for 3 days.

The event was an opportunity to engage local businesses (hotels and restaurants) delighted to welcome all these young people during the holiday season.

The first edition was a great success, according to all the players from both the Italian and French teams. The organizers from Nice Volley Ball, encouraged by this initial success, are already considering increasing exchanges with Italian teams and probably organizing a second edition of the INALPI Challenge in 2016.
