From Wednesday, May 10 at 2 p.m. until Sunday, May 14 at 4 p.m., the 5th edition of the No Finish Line Nice took place, with a goal of 65,000 km in 5 days and 4 nights.
After 98 hours of running, the 2023 edition of the No Finish Line Nice ended this Sunday at 4 p.m. The goal of 65,000 km was largely exceeded, as early as Saturday at 3:15 p.m. As for the 90,000 km mark, it was crossed this Sunday at 1:15 p.m.!
Let’s remember, this intergenerational event donates 1 km 1 € to projects for helping sick or underprivileged children in the Côte d’Azur.

Sporting Results
Individuals
Didier Sessegolo came in 1st with 451 km. He is well-versed with the No Finish Line racing tracks and had set the record in 2012 at the No Finish Line Monaco by covering more than 1,000 km in eight days. In 2nd place, Cédric Chaudet with 439 km. Then with 408 km, Laurent Auzéric in 3rd place.
As for the women, the 1st in her category and 5th overall, we have Annick Fouchard-Djebli with 369 km. This septuagenarian has been a loyal participant in the No Finish Line events since 2010, always appearing on the podium. In 2nd, Siriporn Roongjira, a visually impaired competitor, with 345 km. Lastly, Fouzia Lahmer, 3rd, with 319 km.
Together, these six individuals covered more than 2,000 kilometers!
Teams
The winning team was Courir pour Céline with 9,495 km, the best “team” score in all the No Finish Line Nice events. In 2nd place, Vicking, with 9,357 km, and in 3rd place Chemin des Rêves by Homme 5 by Lee Cooper with 7,460 km.
Some Projects That Will Be Supported
Thus, the 96,260 euros collected will help fund projects for disadvantaged or sick children from the Côte d’Azur, such as:
- Funding equipment for an educational garden for the children and teenagers of the Fondation de Nice.
- Funding the creation and publishing of a comic book for the association Pour un sourire de Céline et Rêves et réalités handicap, a comic telling the story of a multi-handicapped child.
- The purchase of consoles and adventure and sports games for the association Les Blouses Roses, benefiting hospitalized children at Fontonne suffering from depression, phobias, eating disorders, and post-traumatic disorders.
- Funding a 3-day weekend for Chemin des Rêves for 20 disabled and disadvantaged children and teenagers in Anot.
