Météo France has announced a strong swell along the entire Azure Coast, particularly at Cap d’Antibes this Tuesday, November 9th.
Via its Twitter account, the prefecture of the Alpes-Maritimes has issued an alert in anticipation of significant waves expected this afternoon. The phenomenon, which is likely to last until late tonight, is forecasting waves exceeding 2 meters.
Swimming is “strongly discouraged” along the entire coastline, and caution is advised.
