The procession, led by the victim’s children, started from her home on Boulevard Madeleine around 1 pm before heading to the Promenade des Anglais, where a minute of silence and the release of white balloons took place.

In tribute to Lisa, some attendees wore white t-shirts with the victim’s portrait, while others carried signs with messages such as “she leaves him, he kills her” and “loving โ‰  killing.”

Eric Ciotti, present at the march, expressed his deep emotion on his Twitter.

“Deep emotion during the white march in tribute to Lisa, killed in Nice by her ex-companion on January 1st.

In thoughts with her four children and loved ones.”
