Nice Premium: Marie-Chantal Gomiz di Martino, can you tell us about the Palms of Communication?
MCG: The Palms of Communication are awarded each year to the four best communication campaigns (posters, visuals, websites, videosโฆ) presented by agencies from the southeast region. The trophies will be created by the well-known artist, Patrick MOYA.
NP: This year the Palms celebrate their 11th anniversary. Any new features?
MCG: A Coup de cลur Prize (the 4th) will be awarded by a collective of UNSA students, represented by their newly re-elected President, Mr. Albert Marouani, who has the pleasure of hosting us at Chรขteau Valrose for the award ceremony on June 19.
Another new feature, this year, we have solicited agencies from neighboring Italy and Corsica. The President of the Jury is Denise Fabre, a charming communicator-animator, with a legendary smile and known to all, who has the pleasure of being with us.
NP: Who can participate in your event and how?
MCG: All global communication agencies, websites, associations, institutionsโฆ The registration form can be filled out online on the Fenรชtre sur Comโ website www.fenetresurcom.org. Registration closes at the end of May.
NP: Finally, what are the latest updates from your association Fenรชtre sur Comโ of which you are the new President?
MCG: The review of these past few months is quite satisfactory with the success of “Com’Un Chef” last March 25th with the participation of top chefs like Joรซl Garault, Philippe Joannes, Christian Plumail among others, and the valuable support of Jean-Paul Gravelle from Lycรฉe Paul Augier who allowed us to carry out this beautiful conference, and of Eric Capuzzo from Lycรฉe Paul Valรฉry in Menton.
We have recruited new quality members and continue this approach. All in a convivial and warm spirit. Our meetings always end at Luna Rossa around a delicious meal concocted by our friends and partners, Christine and Gilles Ballestra.
And beautiful projects are underway for the upcoming 2008/2009 school year!
