2:30 PM – Flower Parade
Twenty fully flower-decked floats parade on the Promenade des Anglais between Avenue des Phocéens and Hotel Negresco. On each float, models dressed by Hervé Moreau throw 80,000 to 100,000 flowers to the spectators. These battles are in sync with the carnival floats, a procession of plant-based scenes on the same theme.

9:00 PM – Illuminated Procession
The procession consists of 20 floats designed around a central theme and includes around 220 “big heads”. It becomes a colorful parade accompanied by lights with the inclusion of street art and musical groups from around the world. A giant screen then livens up the heart of the city.
