Since July 12 and until September 15, the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco hosts one of the largest exhibitions ever devoted to Picasso – an opportunity to discover (or rediscover) the Spanish artist.
Starting in July, there is no longer a need to visit the Guggenheim. On the French Riviera, 160 works by the artist will be displayed over 3000m2. This is an unprecedented and unique collection, with 115 pieces coming from the 200 Picasso artworks within the Nahmad collection. The exhibition offers a two-part visit with, on one hand, Picasso’s love for our region highlighted by the display of works created in Antibes, Juan-les-Pins, Cannes, and Mougin between 1920 and 1946, and on the other, a focus on the key pieces of the Nahmad collection.
