On Monday, February 20, 2012, at 11 am, at the Archet 2 Hospital (Onco Hematology unit), a pilot project will be presented to create a video-gaming and social environment for children hospitalized in sterile rooms.
Chambre/Show is a network of interactive windows opening onto a virtual world designed for hospitalized children who are isolated for long stays. It allows them to meet, create, and interact using an avatar.
The ambition is to deploy this unifying system to other hospitals in France and abroad.
