First event of the 2013-2014 academic year for the culinary operation of the Crous de Nice Toulon, ยซ Les Toquissimes ยป.


toquissimes-6.jpg David Faure, a Michelin-starred chef of high cuisine from Nice, has crafted the gastronomic menu that will be served to students on Tuesday, December 17, 2013, in the 7 university restaurants of the Nice academy and will be present at the Hรฉlios university restaurant in Sophia Antipolis during the service.

On this day, students will enjoy a festive menu on the theme ยซ Starry New Yearโ€™s Eve ยป.
Smoked salmon maki with horseradish, a touch of lime, and crispy bread for starters; followed by a duck fricassee or glacial turbot with forest tagliatelle and a curry leek fondue; and for dessert, tangy candied apples, creamy salted butter caramel, and popcorn snow.

The lunch is offered to students (at the usual price of 3.15 euros) :

  • Nice center, 5 avenue Robert Schuman in Nice (Trotabas campus),
