In a festive atmosphere with the song “Etre une femme” by Michel Sardou playing in the background, around thirty female business leaders inaugurated their association in a Nice palace. This group aligns itself with national and global associations such as Femmes Chefs d’Entreprises.
The aim of this network is to “promote gender diversity in businesses and institutional bodies as a source of economic growth” by sharing “experiences, mutual support, training, and information.”
In France, FCE, created in 1945, brings together 2,000 female business leaders.
Present in more than 70 industrialized countries with 500,000 members, FCE works to enhance the visibility of female entrepreneurs.
