The Local Plan for Integration and Employment of Nice Côte d’Azur (PLIE NCA) and its partners – see below – are organizing an information session for women interested in working in the construction and metallurgy sectors.
The profiles sought by these companies specializing in construction (Sogea Sud-Est and Vinci Construction France) are more traditionally male. However, they now wish to diversify their recruitment and welcome women into their teams for positions such as pipe layers, welders, or manufacturing agents.
In Nice, these professions have a promising future. Indeed, within the framework of the construction of the Olympic Nice Stadium, the PLIE Nice Côte d’Azur is responsible for ensuring compliance with the integration clauses provided for in such major projects.
