Our top team will not have an easy time against young players with big ambitions, who recently secured an impressive away victory at Laveyron. To continue the streak of positive results from recent weeks, our favorites will need to approach the game with the same seriousness and enthusiasm as before. Naturally, we favor them in the prognosis.
NF3 – MONACO / NBC 06 (French Cup Trophy)
The reserve team of NBC 06 will begin this competition with a handicap of 7 points, as the Monegasques play in a lower category. Given the injuries and player commitments to other teams in the union, it’s likely the lineup will be different from the usual NF3 team. CADETTES – NBC 06 / AIX-EN-PROVENCE
This is a very important match for our cadets, taking place this Sunday at 3:30 PM, at the Leyrit hall. The stake is simply a spot in the 1st division French Championship for next season. Having won the first leg 76-62, they should be wary of a Provençal team that will likely be reinforced for the occasion. Our young girls will need to raise their level of play to secure a win. Favorable prognosis!
There will then be three more matches remaining to maintain our position before starting the second phase, from February 2010.
MINIMES FEMININES – NBC 06 / VOIRON
The last match of the first phase for our young female players takes place this Sunday at 1:15 PM, at the Leyrit hall, with the arrival of the Voiron team. Our players had won 75-70 in Isère and will need to confirm this favorable result again. Even though the Christmas break is eagerly awaited by these highly solicited girls, a final push for 2009 is necessary to seal the win. Favorable prognosis, without hesitation!
