On the occasion of the Women’s World Cup, activity zones – FIFA Fan Experience – will be made available to the public:
*An Activity Zone:
Located at the Music Kiosk, the activity zone will offer around ten free activities including a penalty shootout, a precision shooting stand, a foot darts game, foot-bowling, a mixed foosball table, among others. There will also be partner stands of the competition for fun activities and prizes to be won! The activity zone will be open on June 7, 9, 12, 16, 17, 19, 22, 23, 27, 28, and 29 & on July 2, 3, 6, and 7 (times may vary according to the match schedules).
*A Broadcast Zone:
Located in the heart of the Théâtre de Verdure, the broadcast zone invites Nice residents and visitors to freely attend the World Cup match broadcasts on a giant screen. Open to the general public, it will show all the matches from the quarterfinals, from June 27 to July 7 – except for the third-place match on July 6, which will take place in Nice (June 30 & July 1, 4, and 5 are rest days – without matches).
The inauguration will take place this Friday at 3 PM, at the Music Kiosk in Jardin Albert 1er. The program for this festive day includes a freestyle football demonstration, a street workout performance, and a local Nice brass band!
