The Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis has just launched Travail Poursuit: an innovative initiative for professional integration, an innovative card game designed by the professional integration service. More than just a game, TRAVAIL PURSUIT is part of a comprehensive support approach aimed at stimulating young people’s motivation to find their way back to active life.
More than 20 young people and 8 companies met at the premises of the Mission Locale to participate in a card game designed by the professional integration service. This game, centered on the values of support and sharing, offers an exploration of various themes such as employment, culture, sport, and the metropolitan territory.
Thanks to this playful card game, Travail Poursuit: an Innovative Initiative for Professional Integration offers young people the opportunity to better understand their skills, regain confidence in themselves, and establish direct contact with companies. This experience thus strengthens their motivation to actively engage in job searching and to envision a promising professional future.
Following the game, young people aged 16 to 25 had the chance to talk with professionals from various sectors during job dating sessions to potentially secure employment.

The professional integration service of the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis, in collaboration with the PLIE, the Mission Locale, and the School of Second Chance, regularly initiates actions to assist young people distanced from the labor market towards professional reintegration.
These initiatives, such as Vice & Versa, Déclaration d’Impro, Course sans faim, Défilé des entreprises, and many others, aim to create an environment conducive to exchange between recruiters and job seekers, thus promoting their reintegration into the professional world in a friendly setting.
