From October 26 to 30 at the ice rink at the Palais des Sports Jean-Bouin, the International Cup of the City of Nice in Figure Skating and Ice Dance will give a preview of what will be offered to skating enthusiasts from March 26 to April 1, 2012, at the Palais des Expositions in Nice during the World Championships in these disciplines.
For 16 years, the International Figure Skating Cup of the City of Nice has become, over the years, an unmissable event in Nice.
For 5 days, this competition brings together the greatest international skaters, and more than 5,000 spectators have the chance to attend this prestigious event.
Nice Baie des Anges, the organizing club, has contributed for years to the fame of Nice in the field of skating through the international recognition of this event included in the official ISU calendar, and which, this year, will also count towards qualifications for the 2012 World Championships.

Each year, the International Cup attracts new participating countries. This year, for the 16th edition, skaters from more than 35 different countries will participate in the competition for 5 days.
