25th Workshop of Niçoise Cuisine in Nissart (Occitan)

On Sunday 1st at 9 a.m. at Domaine de La Source (303, chemin de Saquier), Ivòna Franco and Lioneu Verola will offer Nissart language students the opportunity to improve or learn local cuisine recipes using the local language.

This time, they will cover 4 recipes dedicated to local products.

Featured will be:

La Salada Nissarda (Niçoise Salad), Lu nhòquis au pisto (Gnocchi with Pesto),
Li binhetas de poms (Apple Fritters), and La Grata Quèca (Gratta Kéka)

To make these recipes, local products and vegetables from the Nissa region will be used.

This workshop, organized by Nissa Pantai and Culture 06, is limited to 15 participants, and the participation fee is 15 Nissarts (Local Currency) or 15 Euros.

These workshops were created in 2012 to create linguistic immersion moments in Nissart for adult learners.
