Tuesday, December 1, 2009, will mark the 3rd edition of the “Toquissimes,” a result of the partnership between the Centre of University and School Works (CROUS) of Nice-Toulon and the La Recette Magique company to open the doors of gastronomy to students.
After Frรฉdรฉric Galland โ chef of the Parcours Live restaurant in Falicon โ and Yannick Fauries โ Michelin-starred chef of the Paris-Rome restaurant in Menton โ it is now Pascal Lac’s turn, pastry chef of the Lac establishments in Nice, to create the desserts that will be made by the university dining teams on that day.
The gastronomic lunch (starter, main course, dessert) is offered to students at the price of 2.90 euros, the price of a university dining ticket.
