Michelangelo Conoscenti, Professor of English at the University of Turin (Italy), co-director of the international project “Microdiplomacy” and expert for the European Commission, Directorate-General for Education and Culture.
Jean-Noël Dibie, Doctor of Law and graduate of the Institute of Political Studies in Paris, lecturer at the Sorbonne in economics and international audiovisual law, and delegate to the international development directorate of France Télévision.
