The proof that the virus is not eradicated. To raise awareness about this disease, Solidaritรฉ Sida has concocted a new festive and solidarity event: the Grand Zapping Show. On October 8, 2010, at Place Massรฉna in Nice, you can attend for free, from 7:30 PM, two hours of entertainment, laughter, and emotions to push back AIDS. All on an inflatable screen 30 meters wide. Originally from Canal+, this program is not akin to a “blooper reel.” It reflects our society: from the fall of the Berlin Wall to the Tsunami, through the victories and setbacks of the blues in the World Cup, history passes before our eyes. For this great evening of Solidaritรฉ Sida, iconic images, interspersed with prevention films from around the world, will be projected. A show to share with family, full of twists and turns. (Note that some sequences may affect the sensitivity of viewers).
What is the interest?
There are several. Encouraging young people to protect themselves by informing them, promoting fundraising to support projects that aid patients, awakening awareness of the ravages of AIDS, supporting vulnerable women in India, etc. Thanks to the Grand Zapping Show, Solidaritรฉ Sida supports patients and their families in more than 20 countries. To assist the most disadvantaged (single mothers, undocumented immigrants, drug users or homeless, unemployed at the end of their rights), the “emergency aid” commission of Solidaritรฉ Sida provides assistance every week. Essential assistance for patients that allows them to focus on their treatment.
After its evening in Nice, the Grand Zapping Show will travel the roads to Montpellier and Grenoble. The opportunity to enjoy a pleasant moment under the starsโฆ
